The shoes are actually quite good, but I accidentally ordered a smaller size. As soon as I realized this, I contacted Zaydn support to request a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn’t respond at all, which is really frustrating. Now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit—what am I supposed to do with them? It’s a very poor experience for customers. Order ID: [ZAYDN244397] I am writing again regarding the shoes I received. As mentioned in my previous email, the shoes arrived in a dirty condition and did not look like a new product. Even the shoe box was dirty. I have already shared the pictures as proof. My return request was rejected, which was quite disappointing considering the condition of the product. I was genuinely excited to receive this order, but the condition of the shoes was shocking and not what I expected from a new purchase

I have mailed my complaints. But didn't receive any response. No customer service. No real intention of getting to know the customers input about the product. Not happy with the way you treat your customers.

Replies in weeks, very poor customer service, would never recommend to anyone, not even to my worst enemies.

They give all information about the product They clear all the doubt related to the product
