Fabulous!

Shipped quick and in great packaging, and extra goodies!

Unfortunately my sweatshirt got held up with delivery. Unsure what to do I contacted Katnipp directly. The quality of customer service was exceptional and the issue was resolved with no stress to myself. Dean was a superstar and I thank him for his help! I would definitely buy from Katnipp again knowing that the customer matters and things are swiftly dealt with.

Very efficient, and lovely people xx

These stickers are absolutely adorable! I added them to my new planner, and they instantly brighten my day every time I open it. I love supporting small businesses, and it’s even better when the creator radiates such joy. Thank you for bringing so much positivity and loveliness into my home! 😊

I initially received a hoodie with a printing error where the colors were muted and looked off. I reached out to Katnipp and they quickly got me taken care of! I love this small business and look forward to supporting them again with another purchase in the future.

Customer friendly, in person contact and quick response. If there was an award, they've earned it.

Great expirience over all.

Really fast delivery, and the emails made it clear that if an issue occurred with my purchase I could bring it to Katnipp and they would help solve it.

Great shopping experience

Been watching since the start, and have always dreamed of owning a marshie and bumblebutt plush, always missed out. Finally got one of each!! The quality of all the packaging and products are amazing, and mine arrived packaged with care from Dean 💖, thank you all so much x

I loved the personal touches made! A personal message from Dean and the lovely little bags that the Bumblebutt plush came in - it was just such a pleasure from start to finish. It’s nice when you feel pleased with something you’ve bought online, but it’s even better when you are throughly impressed with the service received too! I’m really grateful to buy directly from the artist and for the personal touches of services provided. Keep doing what you’re doing Catherine and Dean! Thank you.
