Always a joy

Love! Great communication all throughout the process!

I have been supporting Katnipp since coming across this amazing kawaii artist at Sunnycon. ♥️

Repeating customer from a fantastic family run business. They’re responsive and always deliver on their promises. Love to shop small so to support Katherine and Dean through their journey to the cottage fills my heart with joy.

Easy to order! Fantastic quality! Cute and supporting a small business! Love, love, love!

Always friendly, colourful and full of joy

Amazing very quick shipoing x

It’s always a pleasure to purchase from Dean and Catherine. What a lovely couple who go above and beyond on customer service.

Always love getting gorgeous products from Katherine and Dean

I love Katnipp and the new keychains and colouring books I can’t wait to see where your art journey takes you 🥰

everything went smooth.

Easy process and quick delivery, especially considering it was international!

Me and my niece absolutely love your store. We’re hoping for bumblebutt to come out so that we can get more of her items.

My first time ordering products from Katnipp and I am so pleased with the quality of the items. The designs are beautiful in calming pastel colours. Good communication throughout my purchases as I needed to message them. The packaging was amazing, you can tell how important each order is to them and see the care going into sending each order out. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience. I can't wait to order more items x

Stuff came very quick!

I really like the communication/transparency, updates on my order, the designs ?!! Like hello!?Just really bummed that it is going to cost me a fortune to order from them because of EU regulations (3€ per item on top of duties, taxes & shipping is A LOT 😭😭)

no problems at all

Amazing!! The site is easy to navigate and the descriptions are great. I’ve already got my list for my next order, just waiting for the summer coloring book.

Excellent products and quality is high.

Love your products!🩷✨

Clear tracking of packages are provided. Multiple picture angles of the product is very helpful!

You guys are the best good luck with cottage Reno's hope you can move in soon!

Easy and fast shipping!

Always a pleasure to buy from Katnipp

Great shopping experience, especially because of all the cute stuff!

Great communication and great prices

Easy

Shopping with Katnipp Studios excellent experience.❤️

Quick response and very professional service!

Really smooth shopping experience and the shipping was much shorter than I expected, as I live in a different country. So overall very happy with everything. I hate having to pay tax and duties, but that's not katnipp's fault. If I didn't have to pay extra tax I would shop more often

Great customer service

Love this business, always a pleasure to support and I highly recommend watching their YouTube too! Adds a real personal feeling when you know the people behind the hard work!

It took an extra week to get to me but I understand they got more orders than anticipated but I appreciated the update. And it was worth the wait.

very easy !

♥️

Easy to order (who likes a faffy website?) and even though this was a pre order I still didn’t have to wait that long… when your products are this beautifully designed you don’t mind waiting anyway!
