There is no advance notification of delivery for customer to make arrangements to receive orders. The notification comes on the morning of the delivery. Also the delivery guy does not inform the customer that he is outside the house at the gate. Instead of calling the customer ( which sometimes is not the ideal thing to do since the customer is at work and can't take calls) he should make his presence known by knocking on the gate to get our attention. Many other delivery guys usually do this.
