Impossible to talk to anybody on the phone. I am not good with using online services. I spent numerous times trying to get a hold of somebody to discuss and possibly order the canvas. I began to think it was a scam. I even talked to my credit card company and they said don’t order off of Facebook. They called me and told me there was an order trying to be placed and I told them the order didn’t go through so they canceled the payment but now I see the payment went through.

Poor communication. Canvas did not come as expected. You can purchase a frame by itself on their website, but they’ll cancel the order because they have to frame the canvas themselves. They why allow customers to purchase a frame by itself?
