After following up, customer service said to expect 7 - 10 days for production (not 3 - 5 as stated online) with delivery 5 - 7 additional days (not 2 - 3 as stated on line). I reached our several times trying to get an estimated delivery date as I was leaving town, nobody could tell me an ETA. Very frustrating. I planned my order ETA based on the info YOUR web site had.
