Since October of last year, I've made 3 separate dampener orders, each with a 1-year warranty, and 2 of those are now starting to fall apart. I have been waiting a week for a response – received no response to my FB messages and received no response to my voicemail either.
This is unacceptable customer service. I have been recommending the dampeners to everyone in my tennis circle, but the non-responsive customer service cancels out all my future recommendations.
