Usually when I order things, and something turns out to not be in stock, I’m notified before shipping to see if I want to cancel or replace the shirt with another. Not only did I discover a missing shirt, I had to email you all to get a refund.

My items didn't make it to me. The browser changed the town since my address did not look correct to the program. I emailed and called multiple times with no resolution. Then was emailed later stating you had to receive my returned items before you could correct it. I have still not received any product or offered any refund on the non delivered products
