It's been a month to the date since placing my order and still no belts. Your customer service agent, Victoria, has taken ownership of the fault, which is kind, but the timeframe is unacceptable. I have asked for a refund. If Nab can't do this, I'll go through my bank or Visa. I've been patient enough with empty promises.
