Right after I place the order before shipping information was provided and confirmed I requested to cancel a portion of the order as it was not going to be needed. I requested the item be removed from the order and the card be refunded . I was told that was not possible the shipping process had already begun however the agent Ryan stated I would receive a refund anyway. The refund was never received after several emails. I don't know if I would even consider purchasing from meepo

I think I have a defective ESC. Skateboard stutters on first start from a stop then power kicks in after a second or two. Swapped the motors out and I feel the same thing. Why wasn’t this checked out or tested before reselling? Quality control seems to be unsatisfactory. Send an email with videos but did not hear a reply. It’s been over 24 weekday hours.
