The customer service team has been friendly to work with, but I feel like the company overpromises on deliverables. Plus, the return policy is tricky. Saying it's 30 days when you can't return it after you open it or try it out isn't really 30 days. What are we supposed to do with the 30-day trial? Look at the box?? Very deceptive.
