This was not easy to setup when you got to step 13 and putting the insulated cover around the metal frame. The fit was so tight that my husband and I thought we are going to bend the frame. Once it’s was on we struggled to zip it up because of the tightness. Turning the heater on and letting it run has helped the cover stretch out. We have used it 3 times. We let it heat up for 20 minutes at 180. When we get in there the highest the thermometer has read was 145 degrees. This has been disappointing. We bought this due to the claim of getting up to 180 degrees. I hated all the pop up stuff when you were trying to checkout.

I’m having some issues with the heater and the first thing Pod Company says after waiting a few days for a response is “no returns”. The heater seems to be performing less and less after each use and I’m not happy about it. Also the pod pro feels cramped and I wish I could return for the long pod.

I didn’t notice initially that the sauna and cold pods shipped separately. I was mildly disappointed when the cold pod arrived and I realized it wasn’t everything in one package. This was not a big deal over all. The sauna pod does not reach the temperatures advertised. The temp gauge identifies 160-180F as the red zone when the advertised temp is 185F. The pod would only reach 155F which is not even in the margin of error to market it at 185F. The cabin electric heater is also not rated 185F
