The return policy is not great. I was not thrilled with the Sauna Pod’s performance but I cannot return something in used condition. The pod itself does not get up to a high enough temperature to be useful. The air doesn’t circulate well either so the temperature variance at different altitudes is huge: the top will heat up to 150°, the bottom stays at room temperature.

Great communication and quick shipping

POD's are popular, so our pre-order took two months for delivery. After the first notification about the late delivery, there was not a lot of communication from the POD Company, but when I reached out, they responded promptly with update info about the shipment. Shipment arrived as promised.

Dealing with the company has been great. easy to purchase and delivered on time.

I changed my order and they worked hard to substitute without delaying my order. They also talked me through adding the chiller and it was a great decision. Very responsive every step along the way.

The company shipped product as soon as available.

Good experience overall, but as I mentioned before I feel misled in terms of the temperature it's advertised to reach.

After about a week of waiting, I sent an email and received a snarky comment about reading the confirmation email to see that it was on backorder. Also, when requesting a refund and return the item, there was a lot of back-and-forth from customer service in what I believe, trying to get me to keep the sauna.

My shipment was delayed an extra month and after using it three times I’m pretty disappointed. Barely broke a sweat after an hour.

I use the Pod Company Standard Ice Pod and the Chiller. I use them inside. The Pod’s insulation doesn’t do much and the chiller never gets down to the temperature I set it at. I have to use additional ice blocks with each use to get it close to 41 degrees. Otherwise, it never gets below 45 on its own.

When I voiced my complains in an email to the company, they told me it not getting above 165 was normal. If that was known it should have been stated. They also told me to just put a blanket over the unit to help insulate it. That is weak answer in my opinion.
