Generally good communication! Not enough information about timing of shipments when their plant was being upgraded. I cancelled an order because they were not clear on timing in the beginning and I was not notified that my order would be delayed until AFTER ordering. Then the amount of time I was given was not clear so I continued to ask questions until the actual time my order would have been delayed went from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.
