So good. So happy with them. I bought a dozen boil in the bag Cajun. They showed up at my door within a few days and I appreciate the free shipping. I used the instapot method late afternoon (4 hrs) and they were done just before bedtime. The shells and nuts were a little firmer than I like so I put them in a large Tupperware container filled with the brine and put them in the fridge. The next morning I poured the brine off, warmed some in the microwave. Perfect. I got 10 servings from one bag.
