I think the quality is great. I think the service is amazing. But ive ordered several things from your lines that are gradient colored and it seems there are, especially on my last order, differences between what I see that I order *pictures in ad and what I actually get in my purchase. Since thats why I buy it, I think it leaves alot fo be desired in advertising. I was disappointed but I do love your products and designs.

They tried to offer me 20% off my next purchase after sending me defective clothing. Replaced it with another defective piece of clothing. Its only that dog sweater in that size (that I know of) we ordered the same one in a larger size and did not have that issue. I will not buy from here again
