I've had terrible problems with deliveries from Spark Paws, and they've been so good, so patient. It's that our post office says our address doesn't exist (It's existed for almost 100 years!), so it's not always easy for a strange delivery service to find us (it's really not hard!). Anyway, Spark Paws has been very kind every time I contact them.
