I have to pay return shipping when it's your product that is the wrong size. The other rings she has are the same size and fit properly without being too tight. I've never had to stretch out any of my silcone rings and I've had many of them.

Initially received the incorrect size. Correct size was re-ordered for free except paying the cost of shipping. Due to an error printed on a barcode of the shipping lable, delivery was very long and hard to track down even though correct mailing address was on label. This could have been due to USPS processing or shipping company.
