I ordered 5 items and wanted 2 of them to be replaced because of the size issue. Bt when i raised replacement request on 3rd day it somehow did not raised and when i tried to raise the same on next day it shows that item is not eligible for replacement which earlier was showing eligible. It was very very disappointing and pathetic service. This just ruined my wife's bday gift. Not at all satisfied with this kind of service. I didn't wanted refund i just wanted replacement.
