Easy order

Made 2 separate orders... Meowkeys and Duckeys and didn't receive a single one... I just want my money back at this point.

Took too long and multiple delays

Scammed. Never received my product and was taken off website. All attempts at communication were ignored.

I like the different options

The key cap is a mystery bag so I got the ones I did not want, it's ok because this was free but it would be nice to get a choice of a free cap

Almost 3 weeks shipping, had to contact the company to get the order filled because it was apparently forgotten or ignored. No answer given as to what actually happened, just typical insincere, corporate doublespeak. Very cute toy but ridiculously overpriced.

Super cool fidget toys. Pretty well made! Gave them out as gifts and my friends love it! Cute! Fun! Playful! Entertaining! Great toy! I had a problem with one of my toys that arrived, but customer service worked patiently and professional to help me with a solution. They ran out of the Meowkey product that had an issue, but replaced I replaced with a Duckey and they said they would throw in a mystery pack! Thank you!

Atrocious, i have ordered twice, first order took many months to arrive. Second order has not arrived and it's been 4 months. Do not recommend this company at all.

Horrible customer service, shipping issues (company knew and did not share) and just an awful experience from start to finish.

Easy and quick.

Never received $65 worth of items. After being notified of an error, the manufacturer shiped to the wrong address anyway. Shipping protection did not cover anything, company communication has been poor and still no resolution.

Took ages for them to arrive, not something I would buy as a gift if it takes that long.

It's very good, but the problem is that it's long shipment and extra taxes from customs so it ends up being more expensive than originally thought (poitics)

The Delay in shipping due to not having dates for when pre-orders would be finished and stuff would actually ship was a bit annoying, but the service from the team in replying, and the actual notifications once shipped were fantastic.
