Easy to buy but then they had all kinds of delays shipping and didn't actually ship until I sent in a complaint. In the delay period, they spammed me with ads nearly daily. I wasn't going to buy more until they delivered at least once. Now, after getting the fidget and loving it, I'm more open to buying again if they have something I want.
