Shopping was pretty straightforward. It took some time for the fidgets to arrive as one of them were pre-ordered. I received updates and they arrived to the UK well packed and safely.

So worth the wait!

it wasnt clear it was a preorder back when i had ordered it. waited several months for something i thought would take two weeks max. just sucked it up and waited for it. as i mentioned elsewhere in my review, it fell apart quickly. it didnt stay together for even a week, and thats AFTER i added super glue. next time will add more super glue and/or be more careful with it.

Would be nice to be able to change shipping address. It took months to be sent so I thought it was never going to arrive, moved houses and then they sent it. Never got to try them

Decently good ive made 2 orders so far ive had issues with my orders but i contacted customer service and they have responded to me and have resolved my issue quickly if I could give 4.5 I would for the customer service but minus 0.5 for the issue will definitely keep ordering from you my chefs , significant other and myself have fallen in love with the ducks will definitely keep ordering more mystery packs in the future still need the chef duck thank you

I ordered a product that was in the pre-order phase, so my order took a bit longer than normal to arrive, but that information was provided before I placed the order and it actually arrived a bit sooner than expected. I love my Meowkeys.

Cheaply put together product, takes way to long to ship and falls apart within days
