Wonderful experience, just waiting for the dream card to come in!

It seems I keep coming back to get the latest and greatest. While I love the upgrades on a Dreambox 3, I cannot support the purchase of it as I don't have room. Can the upgrades be done on a Dreambox 1.

I don’t appreciate having to worry about a delivery while I’m out of town and being given different information after I paid thousands of dollars.

Delivery was awesome the gentleman was very kind. Assembly was quick and easy instructions easy to follow. Sadly my floor slopes so much my cabinet is leaning greatly. Maybe adjustable legs to help with this? I don’t kniw if possible with the wheels.

Stacey was a real joy to deal with in addition to being very knowledgeable about your products.

Waiting for my dream box

I still have no clue when I will get t order. Plus most companies don’t charge until the item is on its way. You charge the credit card we gotta start paying for it before we have the item got them. That’s not fair!!

I Bought the dream box 2 online and then decided to upgrade to the signature box so I called and I talked with Esther. She was so polite so sweet she helped with all the upgrades she was a big help thank you Esther ❤️

Any question I had was quickly answered by a customer representative. Even in chat you could hear the willingness to help and they’re happy to get me the answers I needed to make the right choices.

I was very disappointed with the condition in which these items arrived. Multiple accessories were shipped in a large box with no protective packing material and arrived damaged beyond use. When I contacted Create Room and provided photos, I received an unapologetic response requesting additional images, with no name or signature included. After sending the requested photos, I never received a follow-up. Given the premium price point, I expected far better packaging and customer service. Owning

Very easy with the new Special Edition Dream Box. It was such a great deal, it was a no brainer!

I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me but it was a very easy experience.

I had researched some before ordering and had questions. They were clearly and quickly understood and answered. I’m still giddy when I think about the fact that I really have a dream box on the way!

I feel nickel and dimed for stupid tiny replacements that shouldn’t have broken with regular use in the first place. The stuff I received doesn’t even work…. What a waste of time and money.

I was excited to order my DreamBox but very confused with all the different codes to save money and to get free products. I am always looking for ways to save and get free products but I wished it was an all in one deal and hope I was able to save as much money as I could and didn't miss out on any savings and freebies. Thank you and I can't wait to get my order!!!!!!!
