I wish the shipping was more transparent and I was kept informed of estimated delivery.

More than a month for my accessory to arrive

Wish shipping could be faster.

We played telephone tag because I had a question, never spoke to anyone so I didn’t order enough and had to place another order in order to get enough

My shipment was beyond the predicted time frame I was given when I purchased it. Okay, fine. There was a delay in production. So when it FINALLY arrived, I ended up having a filthy set of pieces to put together. One of the back pieces was damaged, ALL of the large trays were in terrible shape, the acrylic white bars were all completely warped and would not fit in the holes, and then I finally find this defective mini tote tray today - when I think I am receiving a new shipment of my large trays.

Received more than I expected with my create room. Enough totes for everything. Wish I had it 20 years ago.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience purchasing a large piece of furniture. Pure magical!

I picked out the Dreambox I wanted (Dreambox 3 with double crown). Esther answered my questions about delivery. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Easy peasy, and I have already ordered more of the smaller bins and can hardly wait to get them!

I didn't like that I was only sent the replacement piece for the broken pieces on the doors, and that I had to disassmble the pre built doors and add the new piece, it was difficult to do with the way it was built and I am lucky I was able to get it to be salvagable when removing the broken pieces.

I have spent $3,000 with your company. The day I ordered I called three times like your ad said if we needed help or had questions and three times you disconnected from me . I didn’t hang up. I have contemplated a long time about getting a Create Box so I took a leap of faith and ordered anyway hoping I got what I needed.

Not the easiest website to navigate. After ordering the Dream Box. I kept getting every day emails that wanted me to buy it. Not nice and annoying.

I absolutely love Create Room and their products! Everything is so well designed and clearly made with crafters in mind. The quality is great, and the organization solutions truly make crafting easier and more enjoyable. I especially appreciate the thoughtful upgrades they’ve made to their products, which show they really listen to customer feedback. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their craft space.

I was missing 1 bag of parts from the massive order. Called CR and those parts were shipped the next day, no questions! The CS is unbelievably good.

I had to call and adjust my delivery schedule due to holiday travel. The person I spoke with was genuinely helpful and accommodating.

Everyone I have talked to has been really helpful all through the anxiety ridden ordering process. It was a huge step but they made it easier once I got up the nerve to call.

I'm still trying to get parts to complete my dream box that was damaged in shipping. After 3 weeks I got replacement pieces but one of the two was wrong. I called in and a new piece was shipped yesterday which didn't take 3 weeks like last time.

Even small towns have a post office. You should have been able to get missing parts to me sooner.

Esther and Kylie have been fabulous in communication, direct information, and genuinely nice through this whole process! Everyone on the FB page for CreateRoom is fabulous, too!

Communicate on how the process was not so good, but they did notify when shipped so you could finally have a delivery date.

So over prices and the email response was glacial.

On previous purchases it was great. This time around very poor. Zero updates on the status of the Dream Station even after receiving the two other items chosen as a package deal. When I reached out after more than a month I received a "passed the buck" type of reply. Apparently the shipping department didn't get back to that rep's inquiry, so that rep didn't get back to me. Five days later I reached out again to see if Create Room is going to fulfill my order...reply said MAYBE this week.

All is excellent !!

My Dream Box was delivered in the time frame I had told them I had. Wish I would have had more time to work on assembly.
