I recently ordered the Dream Box 3 from Create Room and the website is easy to navigate and easy to use! When I had a question I used the chat box and was so excited to get a real person! Kylie J. was amazing and so professional! I’m extremely excited to receive my DB3!

My shopping experience was great. Delivery was also great, the delivery person let me know when he was on his way and was very friendly and courteous.

Horrible communication from the company. Do not recommend on communication alone. Was promised the box before Christmas and have not received communication or information as to when I will receive it.

I would like to find out when my Create Room box is expected to deliver. It was supposed to deliver by 12/31/24. I called customer service and was told it was running late bit I was not given any time frame to expect delivery.

I absolutely CAN NOT say enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy extended to me by each member of the Create Room staff I have been in contact with so far. They have all gone above and beyond during this purchasing experience and while I wait for delivery of my DB 3. They helped to coordinate my delivery around a Christmas vacation to ensure I wasn't charged any kind of return fee, which I greatly appreciated. I returned to let them know I was ready to receive my DB 3 and they called back within a few hours on a day they were supposed to be closed for the holidays. Unbelievable support and attention to detail! I highly recommend purchasing from this company!

The shopping was fine. The wait for delivery is killing me!

Easily found everything however looked way too often and waited until last minute to order. Was misguided to believe that it could still be shipped in time for Christmas. The free gifts came but no word on when my Dreambox will be shipped.

So far so great....everything was smooth and easy. Can't wait to put it together and use it

Still waiting for my Dream Box. You have already taken my money out of my account, but I do not have my box or know when I will get it. Very frustrating. I may have to contact my cc company to refute the charges if I don't get contacted soon regarding delivery.

Communication and turn around time need work. I ordered over a month ago and have had to reach out for any updates. It was marketed to “arrive by Christmas” and it didn’t do that… now we are in January with the update “should start production in a week”. But still no eta on their part… I am so sad, I just want it to arrive already!

Indeed, a wonderful experience. I have already shared an opinion, but not bashful about doing so again. I am (UN)patiently waiting for my sewing table. I am sure the holidays have held up the shipment. I,ove my new DreamBox and I am sure the sewing table will not disappoint.

Loved my zoom meeting and the personal attention I received.

Excellent quality and well engineered. Took about 17 hours to assemble, but I did it myself. Directions could be a little larger with the diagrams, but they are fairly clear if you have any experience. Everything fit together perfectly and the hardware is top notch.

The shipping and tracking had it look like it was the craft cabinet and not a mug

Easy to maneuver through the website to find all the information I needed. I wish I could get my Essentials cabinet sooner, but patiently waiting and excited to set it up!!

I worked with Stacey Gillespie. She was very understanding and answered all my questions and concerns of whether the DreamBox was going to work for me. I loved the interaction with her. I think I was to review the mug, which is cute and nice, but it was also a freebie for buying the DreamBox.
