It was so easy to customize my dreambox with Create a room. They were so helpful.

Also received more Dreambox rods. I was able to add another rod in front of the rod that is holding ribbon to use for Washi Tape. This will work and give me more space for more supplies. I also ordered some extra of the rod holders to replace a few that had broken. The newer rod holders seem like they will work better.

Create Room was wonderful from the personalized planning to making sure that I received a replacement delivery when my dream cart was damaged during shipping. Very communicative and wonderful products

I felt my first couple calls could have been handled better. I wish I had known in March that the 18 month financing wasn’t going to be offered for long. I got approved but didn’t make the purchase. March seemed like the best deal as far as assembly cost and shipping. When I placed my order I didn’t realize the side table came with it so I have an extra table that I won’t be using. I also couldn’t find the sewing accessories that were included in the bundle. Wanted the spool holder.

Other than that one missing piece I’m happy with the product. We’ll see how this gets resolved.

Easy to order, great communication on shipping delivery and assembling

Very easy experience. My Dream Box arrive pre-assembled and I actually put the rest of it together all by myself with a little help from my husband in carrying it in the house! Very well packed too.

The hardest part is waiting for the dram Box to arrive. Selecting the DB for me as well as accessories was simple. Customer service is swift, kind, and fully responsive.

I've been dreaming about a DreamBox for 9 years. When I finally decided to go for it, the shopping part was easy (although I didn't understand that the DreamBox came with stabilizers, so I ordered a set, and now I have twice as many as I need)(sigh). Deliver and setup were a breeze. I went ahead and set up the full complement of tots, then started filling them and the shelves up, ending up shuffling things around to fit my needs, but I am *extremely* happy with it!

Can't say enough about it! Communication was rocky at first but Ester was great.

Easy to shop

The one issue I had was that the cabinet was delivered randomly when I was at work instead of the company calling and scheduling a day that it would be delivered, as it says in the confirmation email. It was delivered in the rain and had to stay outside until I got off work.

We have just moved into a gated community where a semi truck would not be able to get in. I worked with Esther and she was able to get me set up with a smaller truck delivery and everything went quite well with my delivery. So happy with my experience.

I wish there had been better communication during the delivery process. I only saw the tracking number a few days before delivery. I had to find the tracking number myself. It was not provided. It would have been nice to see the progress as it shipped.

I had been eyeing this product for a good 5 years before I bought it and I'm so glad that I did. Everything is at my fingertips, I have plenty of room to work and it's a great product!

I shopped on a weekend and customer service was not available. There was an offer on getting a free table. I put it in my cart and bought it anyway thinking I would call on Monday. Before I could make the call, the cost of the table was refunded to my account. That was wonderful.
