Made a pickup order, boots ran big, went in to exchange em, got a pair that fit, tried on on that got stuck when takin it off. Staff said it'd get better as I brake em in but when I tried both of them on at home, one came off easy, the other one was a struggle to get off. the inside lining of the right boot was loose, making my foot get stuck in the boot. I had to go back to the store a couple of times. Staff was helpful. Got a Lil attitude from the last lady I spoke with. got different boots.

I originally went home with 2 different sizes that were on the shelf together. Brought them back but only had the option for one size, and the location realized that all of their boots in that style were incorrectly paired together and it seemed I was not the only customer who had 2 different sizes. Interesting experience that got resolved, but 2 different trips and realizing that the store had a larger problem than just me was off putting. More plus sizes in clothing would be nice too!
