The DVD case the movie is shipped in is very thin (there are also cut outs in the front and the back) and it got squashed in the mail. A better case or better packaging would be appreciated.
The fact that it was a pre-order, also, was not clear, and there was no indication of when the item would ship. I had to ask customer service.
Other than that, am happy with the order and shipping.

A complete scam and waste of time. I paid for the shipping and then don’t get the tickets in time to distribute them to students and allow them to use them. If you’re going to offer that sort of promotion it should at least have a month or more before they expire, NOT 10 DAYS! And then be delivered with only 3 days to use them.
