The shipping timeliness was confusing. Add the instructions with the confirmation of purchase email. Otherwise I expected the regular shipping timelines (1-3 days) and after 10 days of not getting any shipping emails I had to contact the customer service, just to have them sent instructions with tons of questions/ answers.
