This is just a horrible experience and I feel robbed. I did not order this product. I’ve canceled orders and my subscription multiple times and yet these orders keep coming and I’m being charged. Every time I try to return to unopened packages of products, they refuse to provide me with a return label to do so and advises me not to pay for the return because they can not refund me for shipping cost! This has turned out to make me feel like I’ve been robbed by another company and no one is willing to help me. All I get are generic emails and this is so sad! It’s been 3 months 2 unnecessary packages and over $100 lost for me!
