The postage was awful, so not necessarily solely the companies issue, but when the goods had not arrived in a week, I was told to contact them again if my purchase failed to show! Absolutely ridiculous. I did as I was advised after a couple of days, which meant I had to wait AGAIN. Luckily, my stuff arrived within 48 hrs as per the website.
