Choices and colours cause me to purchase. However I need to return the second pair because they are too big and the colour in wrong. I would like you to honour your stores policy which is full refund if you are not satisfied. I am not satisfied.

First off you have to make sure that you are shopping actually on the Hobibear site or Walmart. If not you run the risk of paying and then not receiving and never being able to reach customer service. Aside from that shopping is a breeze.
