Worst customer service on the planet -- beware their 30 day guarantee. First they asked me to keep them and said they'd refund 15%... then they asked me to keep them and said they'd refund 30%... then they told me I had to send pictures of the soles, the uppers and the original packaging before they would even consider letting me send them back for a refund (less shipping). It's also worth noting I previous pair of shoes I bought (Tannins) got holes in the soles after less than 9 months of wear.
