Your return process needs to be easier.
The fact that I was ask to keep them, sell them myself and take a discount left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Makes me hesitant on purchasing anymore products.
Note I have bought 4 pairs.
As long as i don't try any more styles because they all DONT fit the same so its a gamble. A gamble that cost me $21.00 in shipping to return them.

One complaint is about the tracking. It does not get updated sometimes for up to 48 hours, especially after it says international flight has arrived. After that it just not say when it will be delivered. Just says transit to next facility. The tracking has to improve
Another complaint is how they treat any discount code. They offer free shipping without any discount code. But when I use a discount code to save on the price, they slap a shipping fee and that negates the discount. If you are giving a discount, please give a genuine discount.
