Customer service is horrible. They ignore policy and basically try to wear you down until you just give up. When asked to escalate, they ignore and just repeat the same thing over again. I am not sure what the issue is, but if management does not step in, they will not be around to share a very good product. I wish I would have known more about their customer service before I started wearing their product. Looking more has validated my experience with the number of complaints and no response.
