The return policy is misleading and when you buy shoes from a company that claims to offer returns and exchanges you would hope they wouldn't try to convince you just to keep the shoes or you will need to provide pictures and they have to approve your return before they will give you a return address.

I absolutely love the colors and styles of shoes and boots. They are the most comfortable pairs I own and after wearing them for 8+ hours to concerts or being out and walking around, especially on hard surfaces, my feet are not ever as sore as they used to be from other shoes. The wide toe box is a definite game changer.

There was a delay with my shipping. It sat for a week in one place. I emailed support concerning this, and all they did was send a screenshot of the tracking info which I spoke about in my email to them. When I stated this, 2 days later, I received a response that it could take up to 2 weeks or 10 business days to receive a package which it had already been. I finally received it, but I do think the support part could be better. Trying to find a way to reach out to them was difficult.
