After the ring I bought for use as my husband’s wedding ring separated - the redwood peeled apart from the titanium - I was not very impressed. But at least the lifetime warranty allows me to get another ring. For the record, we already bought a 14k gold band from a jeweler instead.

Beautiful ring, terrible customer service. We purchased a ring that was supposed to come with a certificate which we did not received. I reached out to customer service was told that I could not be helped unless I sent a photo of everything else that I received. I had already put our ring in a safe deposit box. All I was asking for was the certificate that was supposed to be included. Was told too bad. I will never purchase from them again. Be very careful.
