Had a bad experience with customer support. Bought size 9 based on paper sizer - the ring came in was huge so I got a 7.5, which was way too small. Then I bought the plastic ring sizers and I sized up as a 9.5.
Customer service would not cover (only) one of the restocking fees while letting me use the discount code that came with the ring sizer so I’ve decided not to buy a ring. Really disappointing experience with customer service.
