I bought a ring for my husband using the size that he thought he was. The ring did not fit and so I did an exchange process in which I sized down a half size. Unfortunately, also this ring did not fit. I have been going back-and-forth with the customer service department for weeks now and I can still not get a straight answer on how to return the two rings. This has not been a great experience and even though they have a quality product, I do not think their customer service is up to par.
