Customer support is lacking. I received a small hoodie when I ordered a large. It took about 8 days after I placed my order to receive it, not bad, but I reached out to customer support the day i received the incorrect hoodie size and it’s been 4 days now and no response. Supporting the Kirk family is great, but customer support is abysmal.

I ordered a few t shirts, and one of the shirts I received was defected, a size large fit me like a XXL , I believe the tag on the shirts was wrong. I never heard back from anyone about that . The quality and style I love, just a little disappointed with the no response back.

For the first time I have problems with 2 of the items on my most recent order and I CANNOT get an answer to my request for information on how to do a return/exchange so I will loose out on exchanging a shirt I really love and returning or exchanging one I am not happy with for another item...
