They contacted me immediately and offered a small discount on the hat that I had waiting in my cart. Although they could not guarantee that the product would arrive in time for Father's Day, I still purchased it and hoped for the best. It actually arrived on time. Overall I amy happy with the experience, but I do think that in the future they should offer expedited shipping.
