The watch LOOKS great BUT I am still waiting a response from GARD as to why the APP will not accept my email address. The address is fine as GARD has responded and used the same email address. By request, I sent an image of the screen when it says my email is in error. Without clarification AND a resolution I will have no alternative but to send it back, with the bracelet, for a FULL refund.

Poor customer services

Very straight forward and arrived as promised with excellent communication

I ordered something. I paid for it. A couple of days later it was delivered. It worked as it should. Don't understand why everything needs a review.

It took too long to sort out a faulty watch.

Reasonably fast dispatch and delivery, it took less time to travel from China than it did to get from Evri's hub to my local delivery office, my local Evri delivery driver is great but Evri's internal distribution and tracking are awful. Good product although the watch strap has broken after only a month, emailed customer services yesterday and yet to receive a reply.

Had the watch for a month now so that I can use it to give an honest review. The watch is great, performs well when comparing it to a wearable tracker I use. I can now solely rely on the watch as the metrics stack up to the Hume band that I also wear. cannot complain about the value of the watch and the additional functions that you get. All functions work well.

Good communication from the customer service team. Nothing bad to say.

Not much to say, I ordered and it arrived a day earlier than expected, I have not called or contacted customer service so I cannot say anything about that.

So easy to shop online and delivery information kept me updated on its arrival.

Great watch, but no GPS. Also, stop trying to sell me another watch immediately after just buying one.

It’s rubbish, it’s very small & the strap keeps popping off, the watch ain’t that great neither, although it’s packed with apps & features they don’t run very well & are poor in relation to other smart watches. If I wasn’t a procrastinator I’d send back, at the local charity shop will be able to make a fiver from it. Thanks Simon.
