Yes very good service provided by Gard pro and overall the product is a quality item. The length of time between charges is much better than an Apple Watch and it charges in less than an hour. The only negative is that the Blood Pressure reading is totally inaccurate so don’t panic if it reads too high!

I was disappointed with the distribution processes, and would expect them to be shipped from the UK - even if they are purchased in China. The website masquerades as a legitimate business, but the transparency of delivery shows they are being shipped directly.
I recognise most smart watches are manufactured in China, but don't advertise delivery as 3 - 5 days when it is actually 17 days. This is mis-leading and worrying as a consumer.
