It’s ok, but not great. Heart rate isn’t accurate when training which is the one thing I bought it for, resets itself every minute or so and can sometimes be way off to the reading of other monitors. Also once connected to a phone you have to disconnect to send voice messages via WhatsApp and other apps or there will be no sound when recording. I’d dare say the steps are sometimes behind what I’m actually doing. It’s the strictest device I’ve ever had in regards to step readings. Scratched way to easy for ‘military grade’, absolutely covered in scratches.
