Its ok, lots of explanations and showing you what the items do but navigation is abit long. The watch itself isn't the accurate for exercise or health which is a massive let down as that why I got it because it also added the mental health side but that is completely inaccurate, which is a shame and the app is basic and doesn't show or do much
