I’m so frustrated with your brand!! That’s the second pram I buy from Paws and here I am disappointed again!! I’ve bought a pram not long ago and the zipper broke! I’ve tried to fix it but it would be costly! Then I’ve decided to buy another pram and guess what?! The zipper broke again!! I’m so frustrated cause I’m not watching money growing from trees to spend it uncountable times with a brand that sells products that don’t last! This is brand new!! The other one was also not even one year used

I had to call them in January 2026 regarding my order as it had not been delivered by the due date - which was to be prior to Xmas. It was a Xmas present. Was advised that stock had run out & I'd placed a pre-order - no clue what that meant. Was told my order would be an additional few weeks. Disappointed that I had to follow this up as I'd not received an email to advise me of the delay etc.
