Ordered two hats but choose the wrong size, small, for one of the hats and emailed to have it changed to a large. It was on the same day it was too ship so I received only one of the hats. The second was lost in shipping and they are sending me another, dealing with customer support was through email and responsive. I'm a happy customer and plan on ordering again in the future.
