Disappointed in getting the wrong hat and then waiting several weeks for a replacement. Coincidentally I dealt with Tilley Hats to get a replacement of a worn out Tilley Air Flo broad brimmed hat. I sent them a picture of the hat which, after about seven years of use, had become frayed around the brim; they instructed me to send another picture showing I had cut the top off the hat; a few days later I had a new hat at no charge except for shipping.
