I don't like your refund policy and the fact that I have to pay for returns. I sent an email requesting a return within the specified time frame but because I didn't click on a link to start the process I was only able to get store credit. I was out of town and was unable to complete all of these steps in the time window for the return of my money. Now I do have a store credit but I'm afraid if I don't like the item or if it is the wrong size I'll still not get my money back.
