Easy!

I ordered 3 sets but was sent the wrong color and had to exchange it.

The stitching is weak and cheap

The return process was arduous and costly.

i could not get a refund only credit. i would never have purchased from you for that reason if i knew it before hand. i tried returning it the day i received it. poor poor quality, poor business.

I tried multiple times to solve the issue with sizing. Speaking to an AI assistant was impossible. It was a waste of $150.00.

Very easy to make exchanges until I got the right product. But your white shirt with the lining that doesn’t even cover the length of the shirt has got to go! Why isn’t it made from the same wrinkle free fabric as the travel outfits? I’m never ironing again, so your shirt was out.

Items shipped promptly and was packaged to prevent damage.

It does wrinkle so overall the marketing isn’t 100% true

I didn't get a confirmation email so had to reach out to customer service for a tracking update and I'm not sure how to return the set since the pants fit terribly

I hated that when the first thing I bought didn't fit, I couldn't return and had to have store credit. I don't really like anything that I would want but finally wanted to just spend the credit. I do not like what I bought this time either but am keeping it and calling it a loss.

I would have liked it to arrive quicker .

Not the quality I was seeking

I probably won’t be buying anything from them again if I have to pay to exchange an item. There’s lots of quality brands that have free exchanges. And that includes shipping.

My package arrived late. I had already left for my trip. When I got home and I wanted to return it, it was outside of your return policy window so I only got a store credit. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Just very disappointed. Really wanted to be able to tell my friends that I found a great travel outfit but now I can only warn them not to order because the customer service/return policy is terrible

I had problems with a smooth neckline on a black top. It bulged and wrinkled on my neckline. It was replaced promptly.

The large they sent me is to tight but you want me to pay for an exlarge i don't feel like i should have to pay to get an ex- large

I will not hesitate to purchase again from here

Return process is bad- I have a credit and can’t use it to pay delivery fee, can only have the clothes replaced, not refunded because it took so long to sort out the return process. Would be better if you made the return process easier. This experience made me not want to order from you again

Your size chart is wrong, yet you charge shipping for exchanges. I could never recommend this company. I will never wear this dress.

I also want to exchange the dress in this order. It was way too tight on me and not flattering to my figure. I will spend the cost of this dress for other products in your Bridgette Brianna line, I have found some other things I want to buy.
